Multiuser AI at GeoTech

AI collaboration should let people and agents work together, share context and carry work forward. GeoTech is developing a harness-agnostic approach so teams can build around their work and choose the tools that fit.

People and agents, together

Shared goals, visible decisions and clear handoffs are the foundation. People guide the work, agents contribute, and the next person can pick up with the context they need.

Reusable skills

We are building a shared library of generic skills for both individual work and team collaboration. Skills describe repeatable tasks and expected results, with tool-specific setup kept separate.

Freedom to change tools

We treat the collaboration workspace, agent runtime, memory and skills as distinct parts. Our aim is to let teams change harnesses or models while keeping useful knowledge and workflows. Compatibility and context transfer need to be proven in practice.
